If you look in the center of the image, the curved roofed building is the Rose Garden Arena; the Memorial Coliseum is just on the other side of it. It was nice being able to walk to the game from our hotel. Come to think of it, it's nice to stay in a business class hotel, rather than a motel. The amenities are a plus, the location is primo, and it's nice to feel extravegant every now and then.
